A bit to quick and gritty for my tastes.
Perhaps some contrasting colours and a bit more effort on the basing?

Actually, I like it quite a bit - if the thousand sons are 10,000 year old empty suits of armor existing in the eye of terror, the chances of them being cleaned on a regular basis is slim at best. they look like rusty, dirty automotons. The otherworldly green glow is also a cool effect.
The base needs work - it looks like a glue spill, and the patchy olive green is ordinary. Tt does bring the whole model down a notch.

Are you trying for an aged-copper effect? Try using a turquiose wash over the armour istead of (i think) snot green.

Looks pretty cool. I like the green vents on the jet pack.

I really don't like the bright green joints and vents. I don't know if they're meant to be verdigris or if the armor is just full of Nickelodeon Gack. You also might want to try a wash on the bolter; it looks very, very flat right now on account of no highlights or shading. I understand the idea you're going for, but it needs refinement.

I actually like it a bunch. Looks like he's been buried for a few centuries, and his new sorcerer hasn't bothered to clean him up before puppeteering him. EDIT: I agree about the bolter. It's very flat. I like the green, though. Could be sorcerous energies creeping out of cracks in the ancient armor.
