Over the hills and far away, or am right behind you?

Tell what you think, possible changes i play tested this in two games won one lost one so not sure where im going right or wrong 
Here's the list:-

All and all not to bad, I like it. I would only make one change. I would turn the Plasma cannon into a lascannon and split the differences on the squads (with lascannons) 6 and 7 initiates, but that would be it. I really like that tank hunting dread, you just have to keep him safe for 2 turns and you should be fine!

They’re on a constant Crusade, keeping it real for the Emperor and not bumming around like the other guys. They hate psykers and can’t ally with them. They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare.

Eh, never get neophytes if you have AAC, also if you get AAC make your WHOLE army a melee army not half and half. Besides there is a good chance your lascannon guys will get pissed and charge up the field anyway.

You mix it up so you can do wound delegation.
And who cares if they charge up the field as long as they dont move in ur phase you can still shoot em.
My only real suggestion would b get a High Marshall in there so when you roll for Kill em All instead of having to roll an 7 you would need a 9
