The idea is to have the primis join the psyker battle squad and roam around in the chimera. A vendetta will pair off with a punisher, the Vendetta will pop the enemy vehicle and the punisher will take out whats inside.

I see what you're trying to do with the psychic theme so I'll leave that alone. What I'd do is drop the ratlings entirely (largely useless and the points are better spent elsewhere), and swap out the two punishers for literally any other heavy support choice. Drop Pask as well. If you want to use Leman Russes in the heavy slots, use either the vanilla russ, the demolisher, or the executioner. Only give plasma sponsons on the executioner if you like, and only upgrade the hull weapon to a lascannon with spare points.

Here's what I'd do:

-Drop ratlings (200pts)
-Drop HK missiles (20pts)
-Drop both Punishers (450pts)

So now you have 670pts to spend. Buy two vanilla russes (300pts), and get two melta vet squads (155pts each). Upgrade one (or two) of the melta vets to carry three plasma guns, leaving you either 45pts or 30pts left. Put lascannons on the russes with the extra points.

only 3 troops in a 2k list? better remake your list if you plan to at least have a chance in objective games especially since your troops are fragile even inside chimeras.

Heavy stubbers are better than hks on Chimeras.
