You'll probably spend more money on the weapon sets then you will on the Devastator Box. If you have additional legs you cna get another an additional Lascannon, Plasmacannon, Heavy Bolter and Missle Launcher out of the box.

You can't do it. There's physically no way for them to use those heavy weapons short of haphazardly gluing them to their faces in some hideous trainwreck of plastic. Drop the $30 or whatever and buy the devastator squad box.

AOBR Marines come with they're bolters held over their chests, so it'd be a bit of a job to resculpt them to anything else. If you mean just using the missile launcher guy then as already stated the cost would be just too much to make it worth it, just use the devastator squad boxset or convert some heavy weapons for your normal marines. =P

You will have more success turning them into assault weapon specialists

You can buy cheap devastator weapons on ebay and just covert the soilders that way.
