So I am working on possibly starting a new army or finishing my Orks.

I currently have a lot of Ork boyz like 90 split among shootas and sluggas. I do love me an ork boy but I find their lower strength really lets me down when facing SM armies, if I get the charge it will help for the round but then S3 is really weak. I have a few lootas maybe 20, Ghazzy, Grotsnik, Snikrot, KFF Big Mek, AoBR Warboss. I am considering getting some battle wagons or nob bikers.

I also have a still on sprue CSM battleforce and deamon prince. I was planning on converting the CSM to plague marines and then getting some termies to convert to Oblits. But I kind of like the idea of having a "good" (i know no one is good) army as a 2nd force.

I also like the look of Black Templar and Imperial Guard but I don't want to go too crazy I really want to have a 1k force for around $200-$250

Thus, After having thus successively taken each member of the community in its powerful grasp and fashioned him at will, the supreme power then extends its arm over the whole community. It covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform, through which the most original minds and the most energetic characters cannot penetrate, to rise above the crowd. The will of man is not shattered, but softened, bent, and guided; men are seldom forced by it to act, but they are constantly restrained from acting. Such a power does not destroy, but it prevents existence; it does not tyrannize, but it compresses, enervates, extinguishes, and stupefies a people, till each nation is reduced to nothing better than a flock of timid and industrious animals, of which the government is the shepherd
-Alexis de Tocqueville.
