yes,his dreadknight armour always allows him to deep strike.the PT is an upgrade the allows himto move12",ignoring terrain except if he starts/lands in it.

wehy give him armour identical to termies and rename it.whats wrong in being simple and just calling it termy armour

Whoops. Didn't have the book with me, and for some reason thought it wasn't explicit in his rules entry.
