Currently at 995 points. lacking transport which could hurt me a bit but im looking for play with what i currently have.

Well your going to struggle to win games without transports in most cases.
A squad of 5 Plague Marines, despite the T5 and FNP, you will probably find will drop fairly quickly if not in a transport.
I'm not quite sure what to recommend you do without transports, do you have anything like Bikes or Raptors to add a bit of speed?

I strongly suggest you drop a squad of plague marines for transport and probably taking out one melta to throw in a oblitto have some heavy fire power and to fill up your lack of template weapons

Looks a good bit better, but you lack ranged firepower, even if you outflank the chosen. C:CSM has some pretty killer heavy support options. You can never go wrong with oblits, and even though alot of people knock defilers, they've been a godsend for me, acting as anti horde/AV10-12 and then running in and wrecking some face with S10 attacks.

DP possession on Rhinos is a waste of points. Use 40 of those points to give each Rhino a combi weapon. 10 points for another Plague Melta, get another Melta, and 2 flamers on the Chosen, which leaves 9 points I think.

I think you should drop one Plague Sqaud and try and get at least 1 Oblit in there for some fire support.
