Started having a little mess around with some of the OOP Necrons and parts I have lying around after buying up several job lots and such on eBay and decided I wanted to do something to the 5 OOP lords I have to make them look a little cooler than they do.

So I've decided to convert them a little bit so that I can swap them out as lords or, when the new dex is released, if the Crypteks rumour comes true I can use them as Crypteks so long as they don't look too terribly different. Failing that I can just use them as the rumoured named characters.

I've chopped the silly hand off so I can do something more interesting with it. I still have the hand so I'm considering glueing it back on the other way up, finding a small green bead and then using a technique I saw on here a couple of days ago to have some unearthly flames coming from it.

I've just managed to slice my finger open from the side of my nail right under the nail tip and across so I'll put the bugger down for today I think.

I've been working on his hand and the joint I cut if from as well as reposing his arm a little bit. I've also started prepping him for priming and basing and trying to figure out how to paint the bugger so he doesn't look like hes wearing a red spandex suit and pretending to be mega man like my other lord.
