Are these AOBR Orks ?

Yes, all of the Orks are from AoBR.

Are the orks assembled, primed or painted? What about the trukk?

I'd have to double check, but I believe that the Boyz and Nobz are assembled and the Warboss is not. The Trukk is 95% assembled (the Ork crew isn't glued in). Nothing is primed or painted.
