I've been trying to find some unique skulls for my Space Wolves army; animal, ork, alien; but all I can really find are human skulls. Does anyone know where I can find something different besides human skulls.

There's a horned skull and an ogre skull in the Gor (WHFB Beastmen) box. Horned skulls are also to be found in the Ungor, Minotaur and Bestigor box.
