Girlfriend got me this the other day. I know that GW/Valleho paints are acrylic, but I'm wondering if this enamel cleaner will work? If not, I'll just use this as a brush cleaner. No big deal.

Paint thinner works only on enamel paints. Get saddle soap for cleaning brushes or a speciality product such as Mona Lisa brush soap.

It doesn't... not work. With GW and Vall paints water is the better option. That said, now that you've got this stuff you may want to go grab soem Testor Metallic enamels, I think they are much better then GWs metallics to the point of being worth the trouble..
