What are 12 warriors supposed to do? Either drop them and take more crossbows or boost them to 25.

10 Cold Ones is a lot of eggs in one basket of Stupidity. Especially if your Dreadlord is going there.

It's a good list imo but ur sorceress needs a ward save for miscasts and template. A small bunker and no ward will attract a lot of attention.

I would drop 2 xbows from each unit and their champions that will free up 60 points for the 4+ ward and a full command for the sacrificial block. This will offer some of the best protection for ur sorceress if the block gets in cc you have a champ to except challenges and a ward for miscasts

I stand by my comment. 10 Cold One Knights would be better off in 2 units of 5.

Why? Please explain the pros / cons.

I'm a big fan of the 10-pack COK myself... but looking at the rest of your army, I think two units of 5 will work better for you.

The big unit of COK is a centerpeice unit, and the rest of the army should work to support it. The trick is, your two big infantry blocks will fall behind and leave it un- (or at least under-) supported. Or, you hold the COK back and don't properly utilize their mobility.

Now 2 units of 5 do two things for you. First, you run them naked, so you save a few points. Second, they deploy on the sides of the big infantry blocks - which are the centerpiece of your list. The goal is for the COK to charge in on the flanks of whatever the infantry blocks are engaging, adding some extra kills to CR while not yielding too many themselves. The hydra goes somewhere in here as well, with much the same goal as the COK.

Cold One Chariots also work well for this role, loosing mobility but costing less too.

The RXBs go on the flanks, to shoot down any small units trying to flank your line or hit the COK prematurely.

CHAOS! PANIC! DISORDER!
My job here is done.

To be frank 10 CoK or 2 units of 5 is a matter of play style rather than which is best. Try both and see which works for your style

I am strongly in favor of 10, but you need to give your general the stubborn hat. 2 of 5 don't add much to the list. You will find it's difficult to keep them as a flanking force, because you want them near the cauldron / general. They also become very uneffective if 1 or 2 die.

The key is to go between 7 and 10 wide, depending on your target. When you are about to charge you can cauldron buff and get 7-10 bonus attacks, which is great for the charge, but next turn you have enough guys that can you actually grind. It is rare that you will actually break anything on the charge (other than a monster), so you need to be in there for the long haul. The stubborn hat reduces the risk if you fail a charge, and you can keep the 5+ ward on them if you're worried about being targeted.

The bigger unit is also harder to get points off of. Your 5 man flanking units would be better if they... weren't stupid or T3 with 2+ save. As they are, they aren't strong enough in the flanking position. Flanking in fantasy is mostly dead. You need to design your units to win heads up fights (which 10 cold one knights can do), not hope your block survives for 2 rounds of combat until you can hopefully flank (it is rare an opponent will give you flank on the initial charge, or even really cares if you get it if he can beat your main unit.

I have found my dark elf lists have benefited from having the faster, swiftstride unit that can actually win combats against many units. You don't have to run off alone. You can march up with your blocks, but it's important to have the threat of a few extra inches / more reliable charge.

Edit: Also, to respond to the above, the "centerpiece unit" does not need to be supported if it has the cauldron / stubborn lord. That is enough support that the rest of your army will be close enough by.
