I'm looking to fill up an online Death Watch RPG game. You know, the one from fantasy flight games. I'm currently looking for 1-3 players to help us fill out a party. We have a story teller, a Blood Angels Sanguinary Priest (Apothecary), and a Black Templar Assault Marine. We'll most likely be playing on weekends, a longer session, at night. Hello all. Yes, there are still openings. 3 to be exact. . .so you seem to be a perfect fit. :p I've never played it either, but it's like Dark Heresy or Rogue Trader, if you've heard of those. It's a percentile based system with tons of skills, abilities, and what have you. You'll need the book. It's called "DeathWatch". You're looking for the core rulebook, it's by Fantasy Flight Games. I don't care how you get it. Some people buy a digital copy, which is less expensive, others buy a hard copy. . .others still find means online to procure a free copy. . .if you know what I mean. . . :p

Overall, I'm looking for players that are actually going to be there. I'm not 100% sure what the schedule looks like yet, but weekends and nights sounds like what it will be as of right now. It will be late'ish. I'll let the story teller know that we have several prospective players now and get a better idea on when he's going to be available.

"lateish" depends on the time zone. Would that be late west coast usa or east coast?

Well, no one else has gotten back to me. As far as I'm concerned, it's first come first serve. I'm on CST. Don't know what everyone else will be.

Well, that answers my first question, lol. Next, how did your other players generate stats? Dice rolls or baseline 30? And would you like us to PM a submission to you or what?

Im not entirely sure. Im trying to get a hold of the story teller to see how he wants to get things rolling. He's been rather unresponsive. :p I hope all is well. Worse comes to worst, Ill run it my damn self.

Urgh! The suspense is killing me, lol. I love PnP/PbP games...and this combines that with 40K...If only there were other available chapters...I've got character ideas flooding all over the place.

You can design your own chapter. It's in one of the expansion books. As of yet, no, I havent found anything out. I think the story teller is having connection issues. I kept dropping in and out of vassal and lag checking himself.
