So yea... this may seem like a weird question, but are Blood angels hair colors dominantly blonde fluffwise? or is that just how GW paints them?

It is probably just how GW paints them. If you think about it, brown would look to close to the red, so blonde allows for a good contrast making the model look better. It is the same with all models. If you look at the space wolves their hair is usually red or brown which contrasts there light blue armor really well.

i have a serg with grey hair and he looks fine, think i have 1 with brown also.

No not at all, Im just saying GW likes contrast because it allows for every detail to really stand out. Any hair style would work well.

Consider that a lot of models wear golden armour.... Though these models usually wear helmets.

The blonde hair is a fluff thing...but paint them however you like.

Yup I agree that it's a fluff thing. Blood angels are suppose to be pretty boys and you can't get more of a pretty boy without curly blond locks

I varied the hair colour on my helm-less BA models though as mentioned, blond looks better given the contrast with the red armor.

I was thinking when I come around to modelling some blood angels, Im gonna use different heads, most likely bearded and shouting ones so make them seem more zealous, as if they were succumbing to the red thirst

Pretty boy blood angels always shave to keep up their appearances. No mangled neck beards for them.

Several BA have Black hair too, though the chapter is primarily Blonde it is not uniform.
