Logan, and his mates in the drop pod.

Would like some feedback.

Hey. Just a couple of things because you might want to go back and reorganize your list.

I think your rune priest costs are off. If you just have chooser as an upgrade then it shouldn't cost 125.
And if I am reading your list correctly you have too many bodies in your drop pod. Marines in TDA take up 2 transport slots instead of 1.

Logan is probably to pricey to be using if your not using his special ability to allow you to use wolf guard as troops.
Instead what about the much cheaper Arjac Rockfist? He is absolute steal for his points and bashes in heads like no bodies business just like Logan.

Your Rune Priests should only be 110 points each. One Drop Pod with Logan and 4 terminators is suicide. It won't survive long once it drops. You should also think about getting different wargear for each of the Terminators to take advantage of wound allocation. I would suggest you only get one TH/SS guy since that load out is too expensive for one guy.

I would suggest you drop Logan, change the war gear for your Terminators and make it a cheaper unit, as they will serve as meat shields until your Rhinos can make it up. You should have couple hundred of points to spend. Maybe another Land Speeder or two or a Scout Squads with a meltagun. Hope it helps.

Sorry, probably should have explained this a little bit better. The Rune Priests have Plasma pistols. As for the drop pod, Logan, and the 4 WG termies go inside. The other 4 WG go in rhinos divided up among the greyhunter squads. The Rune Priests also hitch rides in the rhinos.

I like the drop pod with Logan, there's almost nothing that can stop him. The only thing I would worry about is being shot to death, and/or a Land raider with more termies, but I wouldn't throw that squad there anyways. kenneydee you do make a valid point though. I'll consider your ideas after I get a few more games with this army.

To be honest at that points value Logan and a sinlge drop pod is asking to have him turned into Chunky Salsa. You should have at least 5 pods just to keep him from being the only target out there. The genreral rule with wolves is Pod them All or none at all. or at least 1 pod per 500 points.
