Does anyone have recommendations for artists who do base work, and could I get a rough estimate of the cost for say100 bases.

It depends on what your looking for in a Necron base.

For example, atleast in my mind, Necrons come from mostly dead worlds so therefore I'd base them on some dirt and gravel bases from Forgecraft.

My recommendations on resin bases for an entire army would be:

- Back to Base IX

I really like the ones from Wolf Terrain, minus the grass, which I doubt comes with it as they are unpainted like all other bases.

I ended up ordering the Barren Earth with Crystals starter pack from Black Cat Bases. I ordered my set cast in clear green resin so the crystals should be a close match for the green rods that come with the Necrons.
