If a group of sanctioned psykers fail the perils of the warp does each psycher take one wound or does one wound get applied to the entire group?

It makes a big difference if the Overseer is still alve.
If he's dead then yes, they all suffer a perils (and will die), if he's alive then D3 psykers are removed.

Hmm I remember this being smack in the IG codex

anyways, it depends on if the overseer is alive or dead

Sorry for not clarifying - in this case this is in reference to GRey Knights psykers and not Imperial Guard psykers

In my happy place, I'm in my happy place...

Codex page 51 "If the squad suffers the Perils of the Warp, all psykers in the squad suffer the effects."

It would seem to indicate that they all would take a wound. I would love to have someone prove me wrong so I can only kill one off at a time.

They all take a wound - so one perils and they are ALL dead

Nos has it

This is why I believe that psykers suck. One perils and they die. Unless you have a couple of monkeys and you rolled the 5+ invuln modification

Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.

Yup Nos hit the nail on the head...Sanctioned Psykers really only work with the IG.

BT uses the Codex Astartes as toilet paper. They’re an Imp Fist successor, recruit from multiple planets, and are known to be the largest Chapter in the galaxy. They’re on a constant Crusade, keeping it real for the Emperor and not bumming around like the other guys. They hate psykers and can’t ally with them. They’re basically an entire chapter of Chaplains. CC lunatics. What every Space Marine should aspire to be, if not trapped in a Matt Ward nightmare.

They can be effective in GK it all depends on your build. They are kind of a glass cannon unit though.

In my happy place, I'm in my happy place...

I have tried 5 of them and it worked pretty good in a non kill point game. The greatest thing was I got the power off once at S7 Ap2 and my opponent wasn't too happy so he kept trying to kill them at long range in a reinforced ruin. So I just went to ground and annoyed the crap out of him. So as a distraction they were very helpful.

Very situational. They're pretty much free KPs if you play Eldar.
