I commented on this in another thread, but I should give this question its own thread if I really want it answered.

If a unit with Fearless is joined by an independent character who merely has And They Shall Know No Fear, does the resulting unit actually act like an ordinary, fearful unit? Because that would be, well, kind of dumb...

EDIT: And yet again, answered my own question moments after posting. The unit stays Fearless.
