Im gonna get straight to the point:
1) A.When rolling for starting exp for everyone('cept Juves obviously) do i get to make a role on the skill table for my gangers?
OR
B. Do i get to make a role for EVERY skill level they WOULD have gotten, had they started at 0 and gotten to 20?
2) What is the general Gang Rating at the start, mine is 1054, is that high or low?
3) if i dont spend all of my 1000 Starting Creds, do i lose the leftovers? or do they go into my Stash?
Sorry for probably dumb questions, the whole gang creation thing is very new to me.

I wish I was still current with the rules, but to my best recollection.
1) a - no and b - no. The ganger's stats are representing their higher experience. A ganger starts at 20+d6, I think, and will not get his next skill or stat increase until he reaches the next level (30?)
2) It can vary, but imho it seems a little low. I usually started with the leader, 2x heavies (only one with a heavy weapon though), about 5x gangers, and 2-3 juves. That is probably pretty close to 200 points in experience and I usually spent at least 900 credits (more like 950+) so I was always over 1100 iirc.
3) All of your leftovers go into your stash.
I hope that helps and enjoy. Necromunda was the most fun I've had with GW games.

Im using the pdf's from GW with no supplements or anything like that.
And also, bugger! When i was making my Gang i rolled rather nicely on skills, ending up with an armourer, a medic and a marksman!
But i did think it would be kind of dumb for that to be the system, im glad to hear that its not the way.
