I have several squads of Kasrkin and plan to use them as Stormtroopers, do I need to shell out the cash to get a Valkyrie for each of them or can I fill up the one Valkyrie I have one run at a time?

Can't they Deep Strike already? Why are you loading them into a valk?

If you want Valks, take two. One makes too obvious a target and tends to go down pretty fast. Also, running back and forth is going to use up, what, four turns? It's going to be a lot less versatile.

If you're taking Valks, you should take a squadron of 2/3. They tend to get shot down pretty quickly on their own. Also, consider taking Vendettas instead of Valks, the extra AT firepower is a huge bonus, also being able to move, albeit 6", and fire all three TL-Las is great.

Defintely two, looks cool, double your firepower and take a cue from real life, always have a backup.

Hmm, not sure I agree with squadroning them, like Valkyrie said. After all, that's only going to increase their fragility.

Avoid sqaudroning them like the plague. Squadroned Valks/Vends go down much easier, plus they have to concentrate all their fire on one target/turn, meaning they lose much of their offensive flexibility.

Come on bro you deep Strike stormtroopers and with there Air Assualt Specialtiy they re-roll scatter

I wouldn't squadron them unless you are going to take 4+ of them. Or just can't live without Hellhounds in the same list.

I'd also lean toward the 3 TL Lascannons and reserve/outflank them if terrain or your oppoent's long range firepower puts them at risk.

I could give you better advice if you give me a general description of your army list and what the overal tactics for it are.

You don't really need to take Valkyries with Storm Troopers (as in, not required), so if you want to put them in Valkyries is entirely up to you.

I do recommend you look over their abilities before you decide; they have quite a good amount of flexibility over Veterans in a deployment regard.
