I run a 2 Librarian GK force. If they both have shrouding power and both pass can I stack the results with a 4+ cover save giving me a 2+ cover?
Just to be clear also, you measure 6" from any part of the vehicle not the base?

No, you would only have a 3+ cover save because shrouding only confers the USR Stealth and no matter how many times you have the Steath USR it only increases the save by 1.
edit - Forgot to answer the other part, you do measure from anywhere on the hull of the vehicle so if he's riding in a LR or a SR then it makes the shrouding bubble a little bigger than for just a rhino.

the only time 2 librarians could stack Shrouding would be on a target in the open.
the first librarian gives them a 6+ cover as shrouding gives Stealth OR a 6+ cover if it doesn't have one. the 2nd casting gives Stealth and improves the 6+ to a 5+.

I agree with GT. It has two effects depending on if the unit has a cover save or not. One would give the cover save, the next one would improve it.

Yes, but the power also gives units not in cover a 6+ cover save, independent of the Stealth rules. Since Stealth doesn't do anything if the unit doesn't already have a cover save.
