I have recently started a Dwarfs army and am building to 2500 points.
It is meant to be a fairly friendly list, mostly up against Dark Elves and Ogres.

The small unit of Warriors with Runesmith will block the Anvil of Doom, Dwarf Lord and BSB go in the large Warrior unit.

I usually play WoC, and started Dwarfs for something different (and to have a shooting phase for once ). What do you think? Does this list stand a chance?

Looks solid, I would try and find 25 points and stick that lord on some shield bearers. Looks like a solid gun line. The miners are a little confusing to me. With miners you really want to go big or go small. Is the purposes of them for war machine hunting? If so I would go with multiple units of the minimum size with no steam drill, remember special units are capped at 3. Steam drills are expensive so the justify their cost you want a big unit like 25-40 miners behind it. Statistically with the reroll if you are worrying about them getting on the .board to take down war machines you'd be better of with with like 3 units of 5-6

Miners are good Machine hunters. Underground Deployment. if you go Steamdrill you have a big unit like your GW warriors. i prefer the small unit for the Machine hunting. my 1k list has a group of 8. mainly cus im building on the BFSP box.
