Now obviously a Big Mek can take a SAG, but can regular mek boyz as well?

If so then could I play a 200 points list as the following (I know it's not good, just wondering):
HQ
110 Big Mek- SAG, Cybork Body, 'eavy armour
100 Big Mek- PK, KFF, Cybork Body, 'eavy armour

What you need to ask is it in the Loota or Burna Mek Boy upgrades.

No, the only options for Shokk Attack Guns in the Ork Codex are from the Big Meks. A Mek boy can not have one.

Ah if only we could field them that way but unfortunately only the HQ mek has the option. Just imagine the destruction that many shokk attack guns could cause

I appreciate the sass, you're really making this a welcoming forum.

And thanks guys, since they'res no real section for a regular mekboy in the back (as him and a painboy are just upgrades) I was confused as to if I was limited to the listed above or if it was referring me back to the bigmek as well.

And that's to bad ahahaha.

Not sass, we've just had loads of questions like this recently (on lots of different units and codexes) and they weren't cropping up before. Is there some blog or something that's suggesting that this is possible?

If that were the case I'd much rather stick all mekboys with KFF's over SAG's.

Anyways, a unit can only take the upgrades listed in the codex under the "Wargear" section.

Of course, if you really were mad on SAGs or KFF's, the IA8 ork army list gives you a bunch of ways of getting extra's in (mekboy speedsta's with mounted SAGs or KFFs for example)

If you really want to overdo it, you could field 7 KFF/SAGs in any combination by using two Big Meks and five Mekboy Junkas + 2 KFFs on Mekka Dreads in heavy support.
