I play blood ravens using vanilla and Ba codexes, and to fit with the blood ravens fluff I was wondering; How would people feel if I were to use librarian models for an honour guard/command squad. Obviously modelled with correct gear as per wargear listed in the codices, and with no psychic powers. Would you allow me to play them? Opinions/thoughts?

Yes. I see no reason why somebody wouldn't play you.

There is a lot of detail you can throw into a librarian model.

I currently have the Draigo model as my Blood Angels Librarian with terminator armor and Storm shield.

It's just models, as long as you don't use Librarian rules , no problem.

If you've got the scratch, go for it.
