I'm looking at getting one to break the monotony of 3x Ravagers, so which missile set-up is most effective for a TAC list? I was thinking the Shatterfield ones just for S7.

The default ones are fine actually, all of the missiles are pie plates which wound infantry on 2+ so there isn't much need to change things around. The Shattershard gives a bit more punch against vehicles and is better against MEQ, but worse against GEQ (out of cover). The Necrotoxin has no anti tank ability at all, but can hurt tougher infantry (including MCs if you have nothing better to shoot at) and gets pinning. Basically if you find you need a bit more punch against one or the other then upgrade missiles accordingly, but the default missiles do fine and keep it cheap. The only upgrade they definitely need is Nightshields, since they have the only 48" range weapons in the codex.
Btw don't expect to simply swap out 3 Ravagers for 3 Razorwings and expect to stay competitve, you will need to adjust the rest of your list to compensate for the drop in anti tank.

I concur with most of the above.
The best Razorwing is the basic Razorwing. Also, you do need to adjust your army to be different, as the Razorwing is really an anti-infantry tool, and the Ravager is anti-mech. I've played with a Razorwing army, but I had to build it backwards with Razorwings in mind because you do need to handle the rest of the army differently.

In fact, two Ravagers and one Razorwing is an option for the HS slots. I concur with Thor* that you have to build the army backwards. For this, I'd consider three smalls squads of Trueborn with blasters for anti-tank.
