So what is an overall better weapon for a paladin? A psylincer, psycannon or an incinerator?

Incinerators are very situational. Psilencers are generally considered to be very poor. Psycannons are good at everything.

Psycannons all the time.


Incinerators, like more flamer weapons, will usually only get 1 round of shooting in before assaults.

Psycannons can get multiple shots off almost every turn, and are the only reliable way for GKs to kill vehicles.

Psylencers, while sounding really cool, are underwhealming. Its really only worth it against a Daemon player.
