I can think of Batman: Arkham Asylum, James Bond: Golden Eye, James Bond games for the Gamecube, Star Wars: Battlefront, Star Wars: Battlefront 2, Super Star Wars series for the SNES, Lord of the Rings: The Third
Age, Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth and Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 2. What can you come up with?

Rogue Squadron series was pretty good in my opinion. Back on the Gamecube the Rogue Squadron game had some of the prettiest graphics at the time as far as I can remember.
Aliens Versus Predator 2 had some of the funnest multiplayer I've played for that matter.
Was a fun sidescrolling Jurassic Park one called Jurassic Park Lost World on PS1. Play as T-rex and eat small men with smaller guns!

Wait I'm confused by what you mean
While the title you said "Movie Based Video Games" but imo you posted a lot of "Lore based video games" (for example Batman AA is not based off a movie, BFME 2 also is not based off a movie)
Battlefront series is good though. Wish they made a 3rd. I heard the recent Captain America game wasnt too bad

Star Wars: Republic Commando. The novels for it came first, but it was undoutedly already deep in production by then, and the novels released beforehand were mainly tie-ins for the game IIRC, so I argue that it's based off the Clone Wars film, not the Republic Commando novels.

Mandorallen turned back toward the insolently sneering baron. 'My Lord,' The great knight said distantly, 'I find thy face apelike and thy form misshapen. Thy beard, moreover, is an offence against decency, resembling more closely the scabrous fur which doth decorate the hinder portion of a mongrel dog than a proper adornment for a human face. Is it possibly that thy mother, seized by some wild lechery, did dally at some time past with a randy goat?' - Mimbrate Knight Protector Mandorallen.

I mean any game based off the lore from a movie series it doesn't have to be a direct video game translation of a movie though. I just realized Batman: Arkham Asylum is more of a comic based game than a movie one.

I second Battlefront and Rogue Squadron. I played my Rogue Squadron so much the poor cartridge puckered out. Golden Eye for the 64 definitely.
I'd throw in the first Call of Duty actually. Infinity Ward made a great single player experience mostly with levels and scenes ripped from popular WWII flicks.
Can't think many though. As a general rule, they're about as good as movies based on video games I avoid them like the plague and never pay much attention to them.

Movie games tend to be pretty shallow and somewhat rushed (just like your average blockbuster) which is why a good movie tie in title is hard to find.
Some movie titles that I like include
• Watchmen: The End is Nigh PS3
• Van Helsing PS2 (Surprisingly)
• Lego Star Wars 1 and 2 PS2 (not sure if this counts)
