So I need to make another 2x TL autocannon dreadnought and what I've done for the other two is take an AoBR dread and i bought some TL AC arms and put them on them. Now I don't have anymore TL AC arms so I'm wondering if the dreadnought box comes with some.

Also, the chaingun looking arm is the assault cannon, right?

Yes, that is the assault cannon, and no, the dread boxes don't come with any autocannons that I know of. The Chaos dread does have one, but for loyalists you either make your own from the Aegis Defense line, kitbash, or order from Forge World.

In this particular case, this actually does list all the included weapons. Each option has all the parts for to make all options with a full arm. Unfortunately TL ACs are not among them, so your best options are bits from Aegis Defense Line, IG HWT, or Forgeworld.

wait, so it's not actually good? I have a list where i run 4 TL AC dreadnoughts and i shoot light armour all the time. I can easily fit a LC on one of them and it would do its job even better.

The standard dreadnought box has a close combat weapon with stormbolter/heavy flamer options, assault cannon, missile launcher, and a lascannon. I made one with TL autocannons using an AoBR dreadnought and Aegis defense line autocannons:

To add to the above, the Venerable Box comes with a DCCW with HF/SB options, an Assault Cannon, a Lascannon, and a Plasma Cannon.

You either have to get Aegis Defense Line autocannons, scratch build some, or buy Forge World.

the Aegis Defense Line looks better then the FW autocannon arms IMO and is cheaper. you also get some terrain.

Autocannon/lascannon suffers from target priority duality. A las costs you 25 more points and due to being a single shot, is not better at suppressing light armor. If you fire the las at a heavily armored target, the autocannon is basically wasted for the turn. Lascannons favor elite armored infantry and heavier tanks as targets, while autocannons are best for suppressing light armor. Making your dread attempt to perform both roles makes him worse at either. If you're going to hunt tanks with it you're better off giving him a ML in the other arm, as it can actually hurt the heavier armors you should be firing the lascannon. But even then, tank hunting is done so much better by melta up close that this isn't an optimal configuration for the dread in any case. two autocannons give it enough shot strength and count to reliably suppress light tanks and transports at range, which is not a role that can be fulfilled by fast melta, or elsewhere in the codex. Almost every unit in the SM codex can take reasonably priced melta, few can access good suppression weapons like autocannons. In the transport and melta-heavy meta of 5e, lascannons are not particularly useful when the opportunity cost is the cheaper autocannon. Unless you're looking down the road, cutting off the tips of the lascannon to make them over into autocannons is another option if you can make AC muzzles.
