I am aware biker armies are good etc but why not white scars? When i think of biker armies all i picture is crimson fists because of the huge amount ones sees from tourney reports/community events etc.

Is there any fluff basis for them? I know the Crims are seriously depleted after Rynn's World but why bikes?

Maybe no-one likes painting that much white to make White Scars.

It's easier to get a good looking blue colour to a good white, so crimson fists on a bike for people that dont like ultramarines and dont want to paint white. meh, no fluff behind it.
Crimson Fists are are lovers of loads of heavy Bolters not bikes

Honestly, I've never seen a Crimson Fist army on bikes before. It's a Codex chapter so anything is possible really!
