Ya so I'm ok with painting mostly anything, but honestly eyes are just annoying and hard. Last(and first) pair of eyes I did turned out ok looking, but it took me hours and alot of re-doing and overcoating (luckily the coast didn't stack). Can anyone please recommend a decent and hopefully simple  way to paint eyes?

Are you talking eyes on bare heads or lenses on Marines?
For lenses, paint the whole lens one color - let's say red. Paint the outside corner with a dot of white and the inside corner with a dot of a lighter color, in this case orange:
For actual eyes on helmetless heads, paint the whole eyeball black. Then, paint the corners white with the tip of your brush:

Quick question, is there a foundation paint for Tallarn flesh? Other then that,thanks for the info and videos! But ya I think BrotherOmas is right, I'll need patience and practice to get better, but now I'll have a starting point

If you mean lenses, you can also give them a coat of gloss varnish when you're done - the reflective quality makes them look much more real.
