I bought up 3 boxes of Sanguinary guard to use some body pieces and wings for my Honour Guard and Librarians But it seems like k ind of a waste so I was wondering if a almost Pure Sanguinary Guard Army was any good or would it be too much point wise and too non competitive?

I say go for it as long as you continue to call it nipplewing.

A full army of just Sanguinary Guard isn't all that great. Sanguinary Guard are really easy to kill and are very expensive points wise. I'd stick to a normal DoA build and just use those Sanguinary Guard bits for legs, torsos, etc. You could also just assemble them normally because they look cool.

return them for assault squads and dc boxes. they have awesome bits and will be able to make a full squad of 10 assault marines with 1 of each.

Well, I remember that 'Danny Internet' played a Nipple Wing list at NovaCon in 2010 and lost badly. Go to his blog...

I don’t know if my army was that competitive, however i did use nipple wing variation, it was something like this: 3xsang guards (2IP,1PF + one with banner) + Dante supported with Astorath + 3 ASM (2MG, PF) + 2VV’s (5man 1PF) +1HG (3MG, F) and i believe 1 priest(bare JP) not sure with that. Equals to a lot of fearless FC-ing marines, supported with FNP (2500p list) It was fun army to play, moreover it outperformed my expectations, and evermore I was thinking to switch one ASM for DC with hammer just for the fluff. ~BT Edited: Equipt.

What about sanguinaries as troops with honor guard & maybe attack bikes as fire support? You might not even need infernus pistols in the SG squads.
|
"Well, isn't the enemy of your enemy, like, your friend? Or whatever? Can't they team up?"
"Not exactly. In this setting, the enemy of your enemy is still a floating, greasy, armored brain."
"Well, what about his enemy? Maybe you could be friends with him."
"No, because that guy is a mechanical horror in an undying battle shell. He sails from world to world in a flying tomb, serving gods who eat hope."

IMHO a purely Sanguinary Guard list wouldn't work due to the 2+ without an invulnerable save as well as the lack of bodies and anti-horde, hence I'd advise mixing it up a bit to compensate for the weaknesses of the Guard. I'd still advise focussing on this though as it'd require more skill to use/more rewarding and IMHO it's more original than normal DoA.
If you have a couple of squads of Sanguinary Guard and then normal Assault Marines; the former can provide anti-meq assaulty goodness and toughness, whilst the assault marines pack much needed extra bodies, meltaguns and a coversave for the Guard. Dante could go with a squad of honour guard or ASM's to no-scatter-melt-a-tank also. I'd advise this to be the core of your list IMHO.

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

I'd say do normal DoA, but use your Sanguinary Guard boxes for your sergeants and Sanguinary priests as well as your Honour Guard and HQ's. That kit is one of the best SM kits, IMO.
