Well we all have to start somewhere!
I have control of the dinningroom althought thats probably smaller then your garage corner..
But we make due and we prosper!
I would personaly love to build a full table! Or two or three or four... (You get the point...)
But with a one bedroom apartment it ain't happening anytime soon...
