I'd drop the Apothecary and spend the 75 pts elsewhere. On the whole, the apothecary isn't worth it as paladins tend only to die from attacks that ignore Feel No Pain anyway. You'd be better just buying another paladin for the unit with a banner.
So:
Draigo - 275
Librarian (Might, Quicksilver, Sanctuary, Shrouding, Warp Rift - never underestimate the potential utility of this power), warding stave (absolutely essential as he's going to end up in melee). - 210
6 paladins, 2 psycannon, banner, stave (very, very useful in keeping the squad alive in close combat - remember neither Draigo nor the Librarian can use their invun saves to absorb attacks against the squad in close combat), hammer, 2 halberds, 2 swords - 415
Land Raider Crusader, multi-melta, psybolts (people howl 'No!' becasue you lose the defensive weapons capability on the hurrican bolters but S7 rending easily makes up for that) - 270
Venerable Dreadnought, 2 x TL autocannon, psybolts - 195
Venerable Dreadnought, 2 x TL autocannon, psybolts - 195
1560 thus far, leaving 440 points.
Personally I'd run more paladins rather than throwing in power armoured troops but actually having a few units of them plus razorbacks isn't a bad idea really - though it does commit you to starting on the board and often Draigo lists do better when everything comes on from reserves, I find.
You have your strike squads at 160 each but actually they cost 180 with psybolts and razorbacks with psybolts (130+50).
So the basic three squads come to 330 as you've equipped them (minus psybolts), leaving 110 for vehicles. So I'd run them as a 10 man squad in a Rhino with 2 psycannon for 260 points and a 5 man squad with psybolts in a psybolt-razorback for 180.
2000 on the nose if I've added correctly. Automatically Appended Next Post: Draigo, contrary to some opinion, is a steal at 275 points, being hardier than a Terminator squad (200 points) and easily having 75 points of worthwhile bonus rules.
