My husband thinks they're from the Squats but he's not too sure. He got them years ago.

Look like Parodies, don't remember them from the squats range.

The closest thing to these where the squat equivilent of Terminator armour, and these fellas aren't those. Most of the rest of the Squat army was in flak armour like the Imperial Guard.

I see I'll have to tell my husband. He said got them at the games workshop back in England when they made the miniatures for you right there. Might be another set he's confusing it with. =) If anyone knows where they're from I'd love to know!

They could be Warzone minis; Warzone basically made a business around "not quite GW" models. I know next to nothing about Warzone though.

These look like squats in power armour. I never knew they came with power armour so thats cool.

They had exo-armor which was more like Terminator armor, but these aren't GW figs.

They might be 1st edition stuff, there was some weird stuff in the Space Adventurers range back at the very start of 40K, but I don't remember these.

Other possibility is pre 40K, but I never really paid much heed to those mini's as it was before my time.

My money is still on.. 'non GW' though.

edit - aye Brother SRM, wasn't Warzone set up by an ex GW fella. I seem to remember the Blood Berets looking very similar to Space Marines at the time, but without helmets.
