Lol it is a fun list so play what you wish
But i will help out a bit.

I don't find lysander is being used at max strength in assault termies. The most useful units for him are Tactical Termies and Sternguard. It surrports Bolter Drill and can use the hammer because you're in bolter distance.

Having a standard Landraidar instead of the redeemer could be better because of the extra Lascannons but if you know what your fighting then keep it.

I mean it's certainly a fun list, but it certainly isn't that competitive.
If you're going assault termies, why not go with th/ss and grab vulcan?

The terminators have all got thunder hammer storm shields

Vulkan just makes them better

Well, if your opponent doesn't bring enough AV14 weapons then you might win. Unfortunately, in the current meta, you will lose more often than you will win.
