I was going to suggest giant models from other companies. Unfortunately when I did a google search on images for "giant model" i got distracted by the first pic.
Check out Reaper. They have several D&D style giants. You could also look at acquiring some of the old D&D plastic minis. You would probably need to repaint them (or at least touch them up and use a wash), but they made quite a few nice giants. Most of them were armored, unfortunately.
If you wanted a smaller / weirder lookin giant you could use an Ogre gorger. But it might be a little weird. I'd suggest some of the LOTR trolls possible as well.

Are you referring to the 7 foot model that was featured on Tosh.0? That segment was hilarious. Quoting Tosh's commentary would violate all decency rules on the forum.
