Alright So im at a loss right now. Im not sure weather or not to use razorbacks or rhinos for my greyknights.
so i guess with razors you can move 6 and shoot the tl bolters.
the rhino move up 6 and hope you might be close enough to use psycannons which us unlikely first turn.
just looking for some thoughts. before i start putting together the models.

I don't really play 40k, but I do use one of these models in other games. Be careful how you build and you can use it multiple ways:
Just use what will work best for a specific game/list.

same as Jake sais.. but if you're playing small points game i would go for the razor as grey knights are likely to be deployed in 5 man squads.. so the extra firepower is a pleasant extra.. if you want to get to grips as fast as possible with a ten man squad but don't care about an extra gun (you pown in assault) than go for the rihno.. just play some games with both and see what suits you best.. i actually use my razorback to lay down some anti armour fire or just to soften up the foe.. i don't use it to transport ^^

In general, the razorback is more useful to grey knights due to being able to bring another decent gun for +5 points, especially if designing the army around MSU power armour. Depending on the threat range of the rest of your list, a Rhino with 5 purifiers to fire 2 psycannons out the hatch isn't bad, or to carry a full Strike squad to get them midfield faster.
It's so easy to build it with the ability to switch, there's no real reason not to. It can even make storage and representing weapon-destroyed results easier.

I've seen rhinos with purifiers shooting out of the top hatch to some good affect.

Purifiers in a Rhino are like having a Razorback, except they take the turret with them when it dies.

"'players must agree how they are going to select their armies, and if any restrictions apply to the number and type of models they can use."
This is an actual rule in the actual rulebook. Quit whining about how you can imagine someone's army touching you in a bad place and play by the actual rules.

As a player that plays purely PAGK I run rhinos. I need the ten man capacity to get my guys up the board. I am planning on adding two razorbacks in the future with two 5 man GK Strike Squads. Those will be the only Razorbacks I intend to use.
