can any one help me learn how many shot they get

Look in your codex.

During your shooting phase, each model may fire one gun. If the model has multiple guns, you have to pick which one to fire. Each gun has a profile that lists the max distance, the strength, the ap, and the type (including number of shots). So, at the very end of the profile, it will say something like "Assault 2". That means that it's an assault weapon (that can move and fire) and that it fires twice.

"Rapid fire" weapons are a little tricky. They can fire twice up to 12" or once up to their maximum range. But, you can only fire that shot to maximum range if you don't move.

on page 43 it say deffguns so do all lootas get tho gun and it say roll once each shhoting phase to determine the units rate of fire if 10 lootas shhot at squad of marines, if you roll a 6 that equals a 3 d3 tehy get 30 shots

Wait, shootas or lootas? There's a big difference.

Lootas all have a Deffgun. If you roll for the Deffgun and get 3 shots, the squad of 10 would get 30 shots total.

(And, yes, Lootas are awesome)

Shootas get two shots because they are Assault 2 and they do not have rapid fire. It's two shots regardless.
