What do you think? All lists are 1500 points. In addition to which list is your favorite, I'm curious to hear why and what else you might suggest.

In both list the librarians and sanguinary priests drop with the assault marines while the baal predators outflank. The assault teams are combat squadded in games with 3+ objectives.

List A

The weakness that I foresee in this list is the Drop Pod Assault special rule which requires that one of my drop pods arrive on turn one. However, I'm pretty confident that between popping smoke and dropping the pod behind LOS-blocking terrain I can keep the pod and the dreadnought alive for one turn. This list also puts a relatively small number of bodies on the table, but that can't be helped with Blood Angels.

HQ
* Librarian w/Jump Pack (Shield of Sanguinius, Unleash Rage)
* Librarian w/Jump Pack (Shield of Sanguinius, Unleash Rage)

Elites
* 2 Sanguinary Priests w/Jump Pack
* Furioso Dreadnought w/Meltagun Blood Fist, Frag Cannon, Drop Pod w/Locator Beacon
* Furioso Dreadnought w/Heavy Flamer Blood Talon, Meltagun Blood Talon, Drop Pod w/Locator Beacon

Troops
* 10 Assault Marines, 2 w/Meltagun, Sergeant w/Power Fist
* 10 Assault Marines, 2 w/Meltagun, Sergeant w/Power Fist

Fast Attack
* Baal Predator w/Side-Mounted Heavy Flamers, Twin-Linked Assault Cannon
* Baal Predator w/Side-Mounted Heavy Flamers, Twin-Linked Assault Cannon

List B

This list puts more bodies on the table and doesn't suffer from the Drop Pod Assault rule. However, I am not at all certain that I am equipping my vanguard veterans effectively. I picture them almost always combat squadding and using Heroic Intervention to launch themselves into melee. I foresee them acting to keep the rest of my army alive while they recover from Deep Striking by attacking threatening enemy units while rest of my models gather their wits. Additionally, this list suffers from the lack of the anti-tank and ranged anti-infantry provided by the dreadnoughts.

Troops

I'd go for list B. Both lists are not pure DoA armies and so lack synergy. In list A, a single Pod will arrive in first turn making the army a bit more predictable and the early arriving Pod and its cargo vulnerable to enemy shooting.

I'd go with list B. But is it necessary to take 2 libbies at this level?

Necessary? No. But both assault squads are more powerful with the addition of a librarian. What would you recommend spending the 125 points on if I dropped one librarian?

drop a librarian and a priest and take another assault squad. Also, you're probably better going with a pure dakka baal. The heavy flamers will make you get very close to the enemy, and there's a good chance you're only going to get to fire them once. With the heavy bolter sponsons you can stay 24in away and still remain 100% effective.
