Pretty simple. I did a search and didn't find anything on the actual rule itself. All I need to know is how to take/make/go about a Toughness test. Never had to deal with them yet, and if I have I cant remember doing so.
Some clarification on this rule and how it works would be much appreciated.

A toughness test is like any characteristic test. Roll a die, score lower than the value, you succeed.
You will find the info you need on page 8 of your rulebook.

 2,000 - He alone has the Emperor's soul in his blood.
2,500 - Order. Unity. Obedience.

Score Equal to, or lower, you succeed.
