Alright guys and gals, Ive been playing this game for a long time. Ive been painting for a long time. My skills with the brush are nowhere near as good as many of these other posts, However; I want to take strides to better myself as a painter so its time to post some of my work online to the masses and get some critical feedback. Im not looking for you all to be gentle, but if youre gonna tear me down at least give me some advice so I can gain something from it. O.o
Thanks.

The highlights on that tank are neat, I like em. You should try hitting up those metallic areas with a Badab Black wash though - they're really bright right now, and very flat looking.

My next step for detailing the tank would be to wash in the recesses. Take a moderately thin brush, and go into the crevaces and armor joins and just do thin lines of Badab Black or whatever suits your fancy. Finally, I'd weather it - just a drybrush will do the trick. It seems really scary at first, but you'll find it's great fun to mess up your paintjobs!

Just as proof in case you're not sold on the idea yet, I did that same Badab Black wash in the recesses + drybrushes of Graveyard Earth and Kommando Khaki on a somewhat darker blue tank, and got these results:

Thanks for the feedback, my friends have been telling me that it looks as if my Demolisher came fresh off a forgeworld lot and hasnt seen battle yet. lol. I was thinking about scuffin it up a bit and I cant wait to get home and hit some of the metal with a black wash.
What did you think about my Pask model?

A very tidy model good job. Although a little damage and dirt would bring it to life.

My own chapoter, The Broken Swords. Almost a full company.
