Hey all!!!

By popular request, we will be hosting a 2,500 points Warhammer 40k Tournament next Saturday the 27th.

We will be using our standard missions for the event.

We have a number of local players who qualified for the event. As such, I want to give them a chance to get some more practice in with their armies before the 2nd round of the Ard Boyz next month.

So. Without further ado. The details!

When: Saturday August 27th 2011

Where: Endless Gaming 3801 Hillsborough St. STE 101, Raleigh NC 27607

Start-Time: 2pm

Format: 2,500 points. No forge world. Special characters are allowed. All current Codices must be used. White Dwarf SoB not allowed as the rest of the list is not out yet. Must use last Sisters Codex.

Painted: Not required. There will be an award for best painted army as voted on by the tournament participants though!

WYSWIG: Is required. All models must be at least 75% GW models. No plaster models please.

Entry Fee: $10 per person. Or you can buy something of $25 or more dollars and this will cover your fee!

Tournament will last 3 rounds. It will probably run into the evening as we are starting later than normal. Probably until 11pm at least.

OH!!! This will be Bryce’s last tournament here before he goes back to Texas so let’s make it a great one!

Not real worried about it. We'll see how it shakes out. But in the almost 30 years I have been here and the countless hurricanes we have had. The only one that really affected us this far inland was Fran.

Hurricane tournament everyone!

Yea, I was going to go, but I have to stay and look after my house and animals. Next time, when we don't have a Cat4 inbound, I will be there.

Ya Hod. 2-3 Warmachine tournaments ago we had a Tornado pass about 1 mile from the shop. Rained like hell and was windy. So we took a 15 min break and then went back to it!

Had a great time! Glad I had a chance to come up and I will be up in the future!
