Drybrush Grey
Then Extremelly lightlly drybrush Lighter Grey,

Metallic?
Paint Chainmail
Wash very lightlly with azumione blue
then once dry wash lightlly with chainmail, in my opinion it works great

for the sword the may i do it cuz i dont have an airbrush it paint chainmail then heavy wash with whichever color you want the power weapons to be heavy at bottom then lightlly at top
hope this helps, sorry if it is not the clearest instructions
