Is a Nurgle chaos marine army competitive?

If not, are there any other High Toughness armies that are good? (not tyranid)

Plague Marines are my favourite troops choice.

But I do like Nurgle, sooo...

FNP, t5 and fearless? Awesome.

And Mark of Nurgle on a biker = t6!

But I must point out that I am not a competitive player/person.

Any army is competitive if you play it right. Honestly, draw up a list and run a few proxy games with your friends to figure out what works and what doesn't.

Plague Marines are the mainstay of the generic Chaos Marine netlist that gets taken to every tournament. They do well.
