i need to clearify that how does cleansing flame works.

as the codex says " after the assault moves made, and before any blows struck"

do we use it only in the turn we assault the enemy or the enemy assaults us?

or

every CC turn that goes on?

Haven't read the rule, but going by that move like usual for an assault (ie. Attackers charge in etc) then before the actual melee attacks start you use it. Also possibly every CC turn that goes on looks like it would work that way I think, might be wrong though.

n0t_u is correct. But I'm not sure if it's used in every CC turn. The codex doesn't state it can be used every assault phase so I think it's used only in the first CC turn.

btw i read the FAQ but it isn' t mentioned there.

and it is used before any attacks in close combat. It can be used in every combat phase. Psychic mastery levels allows you to cast a specific amount of powers every player turn and the rule says, it can be cast in either player's turn but doesn't limit it to one use per combat.

Cleansing Flame is used in any assault e.g enemy's or yours. All enemies wounded on 4+. Unit of 30 Slugga boys gets SCREWED! P.S I am a veteran of the armies of Titan

I think the main question with cleansing flame is do you roll a dice for every enemy model in the combat or do you roll one dice and on a 4 every model is hit?
