May be a silly question, but on a turn where a champion charges and gets Titan's Herald (re-roll all to hit attacks.) Can he re-roll the attack for heroic sacrifice if he casts it?

I don't see why not, but something feels off.

It requires a to-hit, so you can reroll.

I agree, so long as he charged, and he did not already use a Power that turn.

Absolutely. it seems I have to use this fairly often as a 3+ to hit seems to fail when I need it most...

At work so I don't have the wording in front of me but this is something I was wondering about myself. Since Heroic Sacrifice doesn't trigger until he's removed as a casualty, wouldn't Titan's Herald cease to function?

Seems similar to the FAQ answer for vehicles, ie: if a Land Raider rams something and wrecks itself, the squad inside may not assault that turn since the Assault Ramp rule (or whatever it's called) ceases to function as soon as the vehicle is destroyed.

Although I don't expect to see many BCs in competitive games so it's slightly moot.

Its triggered when he would be removed as a casualty; he is still there, otherweise you wouldnt be able to trigger the sacrifice at all...

The part that gets me is that you direct the Heroic Sacrifice attack at "one enemy model that was in base contact when he died." Which indicates to me that has already been removed.

And I do see the problem regarding triggering HS at all as he's already dead, but given the HS would literally be useless without overlooking that little bit, I'm fine letting that one slide (kind of like vehicle invuls).

Which means he was charging that turn, and he was subject to the reroll to hit.
