Force on Force has Cold War Gone Hot as a scenerio book coming out soon. It is a little later than you want (mid-80s) but will list some of the vehicles you are interested in. Link to the book on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Cold-War-Gone-Hot-World/dp/1849085366/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1314140226&sr=8-3

And for figures, QRF has a bunch of what you are looking for, as does Peter Pig in their Vietnam and their AK-47 ranges: http://www.peterpig.co.uk/range17.htm and http://www.peterpig.co.uk/range1.htm

Also check out Old Glory's Command Decision range: http://oldglory25s.com/index.php?cat_id=120&catname='Post World War II' and the Quality Castings range: http://oldglory15s.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=6_29&sort=3a

EDIT: Big P beat me to a couple fo those. No surprise there. He is the master of such things.
