Hey Groat! I'm a huge fan of Skaven Plague lists, I run one myself. Here are a few suggestions that I would give:

-I don't really like the Banner of the UnderEmpire. Str. 2 hits just don't do it for me. I would probably give them something like the Razor Standard as it will help the high number of attacks they are putting out.

-Go with a flail on the Priest instead of the Plague Censor. The monks will die fast enough as it is, you don't want to be killing them yourself.

-Save the points and don't make your Engineer a lvl 1 mage. Give him a Doomrocket instead. Enemies go boom.

-And lastly I see that none of your characters have a Ward save. That is... dangerous. A lot of the people I play would take advantage of that as soon as they found out. Warpstone armor isn't the greatest in the world and for a couple more points at the very least you could give him the Armour of Fortune.

Well that's my two cents. Hope it is somewhat helpful.
