I have the SM and the Blood Angels book and I know there aren't any Dreadnought HQ choices in those books. I thought there was one in the Space Wolves book but I wasn't sure. Are there any HQ choices for Space Marines (of any chapter) that are Dreadnoughts?

I think Bjorn the Fell Handed for the Space Wolves is an HQ.

Dark angels have a guy in a land speeder as an HQ, but I don't think they have a dread HQ.

Can you have a chaplain dreadnought as a HQ in templars?

Space wolves use to be able to take a dreadnought as an HQ in their last codex but they took that away. But they still have Bjorn

The Blood Swords, a Blood Angles successor have had a chapter master interred in a dreadnought, it was in 'red fury' I believe?

The closest you can get if your not Space Wolves is a Venerable Dreadnought. Shame really, as they cost 60 points more than a normal dread

Not per the Black Templar codex.

However, I believe that IA Apocalypse II contains the entry for the Chaplain Dreadnought. It's entry makes it available for Codex: Space Marines, Black Templars, and Blood Angels (I think). If your group lets you use it, great!
