All kinds of places at once

So I've noticed recently there are a lot of weird situations where models can't seem to fit on the table, and I was wondering what most people do in the following situations:

A Skimmer Tank Shocks over a unit into another and then stops. All morale tests are passed, but the last unit can't move anywhere because the skimmer takes up all of the space they were previously occupying and was available. Is this last unit destroyed?

A Monolith Deep Strikes onto enemy models, but there is no room to move them out of the way. Are they destroyed?

A Mawloc comes up from Deep Strike underneath a mechanized army. A tank that is above it cannot move without being placed on top of other models. What happens to the tank? If it is transporting a squad, are they destroyed as well?

I believe all three situations stipulate that you must move the models the minimum distance to make room for the tanks final position.

This is different than the models making a normal move.

You move the models out of the way and they are not destroyed, there has to be room on the table somewhere for them.

I think in the Mawloc's case it actually says something along the lines of models that cannot be moved are destroyed.

Not 100% sure though.

Yes the Mawloc rules specifically say that: (Paraphrased) models can not be moved within 1" of enemy models. Vehicles, including immobile vehicles, retain their facing. any models that can't be moved out of the way are destroyed.

Kitzz - see the other thread, on this page, about that topic. No, they are not destroyed - the TS cannot happen, as it cannot complete.

I was hoping that there might be a common theme here and that people might have a generic solution to a similar set of problems.

As for the Mawloc, any unit that can't make the move is destroyed, yes, but the Monolith has the same wording in any case, so if you take that stance on the Mawloc, the destruction part would never be relevant. My question specifically with the Mawloc was about what happens when it destroys a vehicle, as this is unspecified.

Vehicles are models. You destroy them. What else needs to be explained?

Remember aloso that you only move models out the way if you roll a 1-2 on the mishap.

Vehicles are usually destroyed in very specific ways. For example, Explodes! or Wrecked. These results tend to have very specific results on nearby models and passengers, especially the mawloc if it has to come up underneath a wreck or crater. If the model is just removed, there needs to be justification to do so, or maybe precedent from another similar situation.

No, there just needs to be the phrase in the Mawloc rules: models (vehicles) that cannot move out the way are destroyed.

Destroyed is destroyed. Also see: Lukas last laugh, Brotherhood Champions psychic power, and so on
